Types of Contribution
The language of the conference is English. All abstracts are to be submitted in English.
We invite contributions that are submitted in one of the following formats:
Oral Presentation
All oral presentations should be in English. They should be timedto last for 20 minutes, followed by a discussion of 5 minutes and allowing 5 minutes for changing session rooms.
Posterpresentation
Although abstracts for poster presentations have to be submitted in English, the posters themselves and discussion around them may be in any language depending on the wish of the presenter and the interest of the audience.
Details of the size and format of the poster stands will be attached to the letter of acceptance.
Appropriate facilities for the above mentioned types of contribution will be provided at the conference site.
